Get Ready for a Splash of Colour at Cardiff Met's Colour Run!

Cardiff Met Sport is bringing a burst of colour to Llandaff Fields this October, with a fun-filled Colour Run taking place on Saturday 24 October 2026.

Organised by Met Active, the event invites participants of all ages and abilities to take on a 4km route through Llandaff Fields, with a colourful twist along the way.

As participants make their way around the course, members of staff will be ready to shower them with colourful dry paint, turning an ordinary run into a vibrant experience.

Whether you're a regular runner, looking for something different to do with friends or simply fancy an active morning outdoors, the Colour Run promises plenty of fun, laughter and colour.

Entry costs just £5 per person, making it an affordable opportunity to get active and enjoy something a little different this autumn.
