Cardiff Met-supported skateboarders Lona ‘Bon’ Gordon and Jowan Joyce-Richards produced impressive performances at the 2026 Skateboard GB National Championships in London, with Gordon claiming second place in the Women’s Street final and Joyce-Richards finishing seventh in the Men’s Street competition. Gordon came within just 1.53 points of the national title at BaySixty6, recording a final score of 79.67 to take silver behind champion Miriam Nelson, who topped the standings
