Morgan Griffiths named Young Ambassador of the Month for April

We are delighted to announce Morgan Griffiths as our ALP (Archer Leadership Programme) Young Ambassador of the Month for April, recognising his outstanding contribution to the Archers Leadership Programme and his continued impact on young people through leadership, inspiration and delivery.

Morgan is a student at Cardiff Metropolitan University and part of our Archers Leadership Programme. He was nominated following his exceptional contribution at our second Young Ambassador Conference, held in the west of Cardiff, where he designed and delivered two highly engaging workshops.

Morgan redeveloped and led sessions focused on “Inspire” and “Influence”, both of which resonated strongly with the young people attending. The children were fully engaged throughout, clearly following and responding to Morgan’s delivery. It was evident across the day that his workshops were among the most enjoyed and valued, with many young ambassadors keen to spend as much time as possible learning from him.

Morgan’s journey with us began as a placement student, delivering rugby sessions to local primary schools. Since then, he has gone from strength to strength, showing significant growth in confidence, leadership and delivery. He has quickly established himself as a reliable and highly valued member of the team, consistently going above and beyond expectations.

In addition to his role within the leadership programme, Morgan has willingly supported events, demonstrating his commitment, professionalism and passion for youth sport. This was particularly evident at the Cardiff NFL Flag Qualifier held last month, where Morgan conducted himself exceptionally well and played an important role in the event’s success.

Morgan’s ability to connect with young people, deliver meaningful learning experiences and support the wider team makes him a fantastic role model within the Archers Leadership Programme. His progress, dedication and impact are exactly what the Young Ambassador of the Month award is designed to celebrate.
