Cardiff Archers Athletics tops Welsh National Medal Table

At the conclusion of the indoor athletics season, we are delighted to confirm that Cardiff Archers Athletics Club has finished at the top of the medal table for the 2026 Welsh Indoor Athletics Championships. All indoor championship events were hosted in the National Indoor Athletics Centre, and spanned two weekends, with the Welsh 3000m Championships taking place separately within our Christmas Classic Grand Prix.

Across all age groups (U13 - Senior), Cardiff Archers won a huge haul of 61 medals (32 Gold, 15 Silver, 14 Bronze), with the next club, Cardiff Athletics, winning a total of 54.
